1. Business Ownership and Operations
This website supports two separate organizations:
R&L Classy Boutique LLC
R&L Classy Boutique LLC operates the online merchandise store and is responsible for selling No More Hiding branded clothing, accessories, and related merchandise.
R&L Classy Boutique LLC is responsible for merchandise transactions, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, and applicable sales taxes.
No More Hiding — Nonprofit Organization
No More Hiding is a faith-based, IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals find freedom, restore their confidence, and reclaim their voices through faith-based outreach and encouragement.
No More Hiding is responsible for receiving and managing charitable donations designated for its nonprofit mission.
The two organizations maintain separate financial and operational responsibilities.
2. Merchandise Purchases
All merchandise available through the online store is sold by R&L Classy Boutique LLC.
Purchases of clothing, accessories, and other merchandise are commercial transactions and are not charitable donations.
Merchandise purchases do not automatically qualify for charitable tax deductions.
3. Charitable Donations
Charitable donations made through the designated donation section of this website are intended for No More Hiding, the nonprofit organization.
Donations will be used to support the organization’s charitable mission, programs, and outreach activities.
Donations are separate from merchandise purchases and must be processed through the nonprofit’s designated donation payment arrangements.
Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual circumstances.
No More Hiding will provide donation acknowledgments when required by applicable tax laws.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, donations are generally nonrefundable. Requests involving duplicate transactions or processing errors will be reviewed individually.
4. Product Information and Availability
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, photographs, and sizing information.
Product colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and manufacturing differences.
All products are subject to availability.
R&L Classy Boutique LLC reserves the right to correct product information and pricing errors and to cancel orders when necessary, with appropriate refunds.
5. Pricing and Payments
All merchandise prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.
Payments for merchandise are collected on behalf of R&L Classy Boutique LLC.
Charitable donations are collected separately on behalf of No More Hiding.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
6. Shipping Policy
Merchandise orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Shipping is currently available within the United States only.
FREE standard shipping is available on eligible merchandise orders of $150 or more.
Orders below $150 are subject to shipping charges calculated at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds
R&L Classy Boutique LLC handles all merchandise returns and refunds.
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions of our Refund and Return Policy.
Charitable donations are governed by the separate donation provisions in these Terms and Conditions.
8. Order Cancellations
Customers should contact the merchandise seller as soon as possible to request an order cancellation.
Orders that have already shipped may not be canceled and will be subject to the Refund and Return Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The No More Hiding name, logo, designs, photographs, artwork, and other original branding materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All rights remain with their respective owners.
R&L Classy Boutique LLC sells No More Hiding branded merchandise under the applicable authorization of the intellectual property rights holder.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale of protected artwork, or commercial use of the brand’s intellectual property is prohibited without permission.
10. Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting customer and donor information.
Information collected through merchandise purchases and charitable donations will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Payment processing may be performed by secure third-party payment providers.
11. Acceptable Website Use
Visitors agree not to use the website for unlawful activities, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or activities that interfere with website operations.
We reserve the right to restrict access or cancel transactions when reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

However, website availability and delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed.
