Thank you for shopping with No More Hiding! We are committed to providing a reliable and affordable shipping experience.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $150 OR MORE!

  • Orders of $150 or more: FREE standard shipping.
  • Orders under $150: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and available USPS services.
  • The $150 minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes.
  • Free shipping applies to eligible U.S. orders only.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Approximately 2–5 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 2–3 business days, when available.

Delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you when available.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

There are several reasons why a package may become lost, or a delivery exception may occur. In these instances, we ask that you contact USPS to further investigate the exception. No More Hiding is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

8. Returned Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
